I recently bought a CX-5, and it was an absolute pleasure working with Michelle. As a woman buying a car I'm completely turned off by pushy sales people, but Michelle was knowledgeable, and accessible witho working with Michelle. I just recently purchased my 3rd Mazda from Wilkins and they continue to exceed my expectations. Michele Freeman was a very knowledgeable sales member. I went in to purchase the Mazda CX-30 and did a good amount of research beforehand as this was the car I knew I would be buying. Apparently not enough went in to purchase the Mazda CX-30 and did a good amount of research beforehand as this was the car I knew I would be buying. Apparently not enough though as there were some more features that Michelle was able to fill me in on (Assuming that it helped that she drives a CX-30 herself). During the actual purchasing phase, it was easy to remove any additional services the dealer provided from the price and there was room to haggle even though the original price listed was probably the best in the area. In terms of health concerns, everyone wore masks and there were hand sanitizer bottles located throughout the dealer. More

Did not give me the chance to negotiate a good deal and had sold the model I was looking for. Got the sales manager right away and they were not willing to work with me. I told the sales manager that I wa had sold the model I was looking for. Got the sales manager right away and they were not willing to work with me. I told the sales manager that I was there to purchase a CX5 that day and he even denied bringing the color I was looking for from a different dealer. WORST car shopping experience ever. More
