He walked me through every step and made me feel extremely confident about my purchase. He not only showed me how to use each and every aspect of the interior, but also showed me how to maintain the exterior. Ed's knowledge of the vehicle and the process were astounding. I have never felt better about buying anything. He also went out of his way to secure an accessory that I really wanted. We went on a test drive, where he explained everything and showed me some really cool new safety features my previous car didn’t have. I told him I wouldn’t be able to buy that day since I wanted my husband to see the car as well. He didn’t pressure me. He wasn’t rude. He was genuinely kind and said to just let him know when I wanted to come back. It was really refreshing actually. I returned a few days later and again Ken was right there and as helpful and kind as could be. The sales manager, also Ken, was equally helpful and just as kind and personable. It was late and they got us out as quickly as possible, definitely not rushing us we were the ones who were tired and hungry. I came back the following day to pick up my car and it was beautifully cleaned inside and out. Ken gave me a bumper to bumper tour and explained even more of the features. It was easily the best car buying experience I’ve had. I never felt pressured, they were straightforward and honest. I will definitely be going back to Wilkins Mazda and seeing Ken when this lease is up. More
