Financing was a breeze (they found a great rate.) They detailed the car and showed me features before leaving. They were very mindful that I traveled several hours to purchase. He patiently showed me all of the options on the CX-5 I drove, including the heads up display, which I thought I didn't want, until I saw it in action with Taylor helping me adjust it to the right level for me. In phone follow-up, Taylor was persistent, but not pesky. I never felt I was being bothered. After working with Taylor, the competitor's test drives were a disappointment.
