I would have given 5 stars to the dealer but I was disappointed in how long it took to complete the oil change. I had a 10:15am appointment but did not receive the inspection video and request to pro disappointed in how long it took to complete the oil change. I had a 10:15am appointment but did not receive the inspection video and request to proceed with services until 11:10 am. That 55 minutes just to look at the car is unacceptable when someone has an appointment. This work on the oil change did not begin until one hour of my arrival. We left the dealership another 45 minutes after that. One hour forty minutes total time. Omar was very friendly and professional but the time it took to complete the work was out of his control. More

Nice service with friendly employees but do not expect them to call you back when they say they will. I also asked for my service to be completed by 2 when I dropped off at 9 but they couldn't make it hap them to call you back when they say they will.
