My salesman Scotty has become a friend to me and I send everyone his way for vehicle sales. Mike in the service department has always been professional and eagerly willing to help get repairs done in a timely manor. A gentleman named Jake who I believe is a liaison has been very good to me. Jake has gone above and beyond what is the expected to help a customer in need. Its employees like this that make a dealership great Then there is Mr Williams who always takes the time to call to make sure his customers are happily satisfied. I am a union committee member at the Dundee engine plant. Many employees go there to buy vehicles as well my plant manager Tanya. In fact Tania had sent a posting to the service department thanking them for their professional expertise. That in itself says a lot about the dealership. Williams Brothers has been very thoughtful and helping us with charities at our plant to support the less fortunate in our community. I don't just speak for myself but I also speak for many many people that I communicate with daily at the plant as well friends and family. I assure you everything I have been telling you is true. Williams Brothers will be the only dealership I will ever deal with again because their an awesome group of people and I mean all of them. More

Bait and Switch to a tee. Don't trust dealers word Provided exact specs/details on requirements for a new RAM Lease and was provided set pricing for this vehicle so I went ahead and accepted. 2 hrs be Provided exact specs/details on requirements for a new RAM Lease and was provided set pricing for this vehicle so I went ahead and accepted. 2 hrs before I was set to pickup was informed price was $30 per month more. The sales team was polite and good to work with, however they could no longer honor the price I was told. I contacted the Owner to explain the situation and brought up when someone gives you a set price that is what is expected when you come to pickup truck, not to change 2 hrs prior. It felt like a bait and switch and I didn't appreciate wasting all my time. He did not care about what was said, and then informed me I was a fool for not taking the deal they came back with. He did not value his dealerships word and was completely rude in the process. I would not recommend working with this dealership after my experience and will be sure to spread the word after my experience with the owner. More

Great emergency service We were coming home from a trip and had problems with the rear brakes. This gave us very little stopping ability. We had planned on spending the night in Dundee, so the next morning I did some calling around to auto repair shops with no luck of getting in. I called Williams Chrysler and they said to bring it right over. They checked the rear brakes, found the problem and we were back on the road in about 3 hours. Mike in service was very helpful.
