We bought a used car from this dealership 10 minutes down the streets the oil light comes on. 2 days later all sorts of warning lights started coming on. 1 month later it starts leaking coolant. We call the dealership and they simply tell us to add coolant and won't really talk to us. We took the car into the shop. I made a review about it on this very site. The director of sales/marketing contacts my husband and says "we don't take kindly to negative reviews about our dealership ". Then replies with " if you even want the owners to consider helping you, your review needs to come down". We were blackmailed to take it down if we wanted help. So on our over $1,000 bill they paid $200. 3 weeks later it went back in the shop for another over $1,000 bill. While in the shop the 2nd time the mechanics informed us that the alternator is bad. Not even 2 weeks out of the shop for the 2nd time we have a drive train malfunction. If the dealership did any type of inspection on this car there would not be all this crap. It's just money for them. They don't care about what they sell or safety as long as they make $$. Lord only knows how much the bill will be this time. I am beyond disgusted by this dealership and how they treat customers. DO NOT contact us again threatening us to take down this review because it will NEVER happen. I will be posting on every platform and letting everyone know how you conduct business. Blackmail isn't going to work this time. More
