We agreed to a car deal i was in and out with trading my vehicle in under an hour and a half. Best car buying experience i've ever had. it was ok for the least part The experience was good in the beginning. I was greeted by a friendly saleswoman. I felt like There was time wasted. i was waiting hours to get the process done. She indicated that I was waiting on someone. Which seemed like he was not in the building at the moment. I still dont understand why the process took so long. i was ready to sign papers and buy this car but, i was waiting on someone. you all dont have more than one person to do this last process i needed to go thru? i started at this dealership around 1pm and finally left after 8pm. 7 hours? i had cash in hand too. Then the next day im waiting for hours for the call that my car is ready to be picked up. my car should have been first in line to get ready for me for that day. i was expecting a call that morning to come and get my car. I didn't get a call till around 4pm that i can come and pick it up. then i finally get there and im handed the keys but, im expected to find the car on the lot by myself. no one helped me find my car i just purchased from you all. i wasn't pointed in any direction where my car is parked. seriously? felt like you all gotten my money and you all were done with me and my business. and why wasn't a car fax report put in the papers that i was given? and im not happy about after looking under the car it looks like there was damage to what looks like a plastic air director piece is damaged. im assuming as a car dealership you all inspect your cars fully when you get them. why couldn't this be replaced before selling? More
