Friendly service Dealership is close to my house. I usually take the car and wait. Usually for oil change and tire rotation. Only time I had a bigger problem they d Dealership is close to my house. "The Bestest" I came in, was greeted promptly by Mr. Hunter. Very polite young man, anyway i let him know exactly what i was trying to do and didn't want to waste I came in, was greeted promptly by Mr. Hunter. He smiled said great i appreciate that and i try to do the same we will let you know if we can and if not what we are able to do and you can decided from there. came back within a $1500 of my price but backed up their numbers between everyone speaking and checking on me Justin, Aaron, and random employee's then Derwins warm personality. We agreed to a car deal i was in and out with trading my vehicle in under an hour and a half. Best car buying experience i've ever had. it was ok for the least part The experience was good in the beginning. I was greeted by a friendly saleswoman. She was happy to help me with the cars I saw online and to test driv The experience was good in the beginning. I was greeted by a friendly saleswoman. She was happy to help me with the cars I saw online and to test drive them. The part i wasn't happy about was the part when it came to actually purchasing the car. I felt like There was time wasted. i was waiting hours to get the process done. She indicated that I was waiting on someone. Which seemed like he was not in the building at the moment. I still dont understand why the process took so long. i was ready to sign papers and buy this car but, i was waiting on someone. you all dont have more than one person to do this last process i needed to go thru? i started at this dealership around 1pm and finally left after 8pm. 7 hours? i had cash in hand too. Then the next day im waiting for hours for the call that my car is ready to be picked up. my car should have been first in line to get ready for me for that day. i was expecting a call that morning to come and get my car. I didn't get a call till around 4pm that i can come and pick it up. then i finally get there and im handed the keys but, im expected to find the car on the lot by myself. no one helped me find my car i just purchased from you all. i wasn't pointed in any direction where my car is parked. seriously? felt like you all gotten my money and you all were done with me and my business. and why wasn't a car fax report put in the papers that i was given? and im not happy about after looking under the car it looks like there was damage to what looks like a plastic air director piece is damaged. im assuming as a car dealership you all inspect your cars fully when you get them. why couldn't this be replaced before selling? More
