I recently decided to purchase a Ram 1500 and began the tedious process of finding a good deal on a used truck. After finding several that were equipped the way I needed I then began trying to negotiate pr tedious process of finding a good deal on a used truck. Nearly every dealership I dealt with made me feel that my business was not that important. When I contacted Kristen at Williams Buick GMC about a 2017 Ram Laramie she immediately began by telling me everything about the truck and asked me if I felt that it was what I was looking for. I then started negotiating the price and she was able to help me get the price I wanted for the truck. She then put me in touch with Greg who was also very helpful and asked me when I would like to come test drive it. I drove two hours the next morning to the dealership to inspect the truck and drive it before making my decision. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make the purchase and Kristen and Greg both made me feel welcome there. We finished the deal and I was out in no time heading home with my truck. They have followed up with calls to make sure I was still happy with it and that there were no issues. I plan to help my youngest daughter purchase a car later this year and I will definitely be going to Williams for that purchase as well. I highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle should check out Williams Buick GMC first. While waiting for finance, we were comfortable moving between the sales person office and the waiting area which had TVs, coffee, vending , leather seating, restrooms. In the end we were pleased with our purchase and the service we received . didn't do what they said they would do We had visited another GMC dealership and were pretty serious about a Terrain SUV. When we went back, it had been sold. Since it is near the end of the model year, there were no deliveries planned for the current model year. We searched the internet and found a very similar vehicle at Williams GMC. I filled out the form and within minutes got two responses from two different people at the dealership. I called the first one and we had a nice conversation and I explained my thoughts. She said she would check inventory and send me a list of options. I never received any more information. Five days later, I got TWO emails again from the same two people asking if there was anything else they could do. I responded to both telling them I never received an inventory list or more information like I was expecting and we just agreed to buy another vehicle at a Toyota dealership the night before. The vehicle I bought was just a little bit less... so the price of GMC was not far off. They lost the sale because they didn't do what they said they would do. More

FYI Data Dots costs them $189, they tack it on to every car at the price of $589. More
