I live in the SC Lowcountry and began shopping for a 2013 Acadia. Williams had quite a few certified previous rental vehicles available. I purchased the vehicle site unseen and traded in my BMW. The vehicles has a few cosmetic imperfections, but it is in excellent condition. While there was little room for negotiation - this is the path of the industry in general with online pricing making the marketplace more competitive, I felt that the customer service was responsive and the dealership was fair. I would recommend Melissa as she did exactly what she said she was going to do and while I know she was managing other customers and could not take my every call, I am not sure there is a day of the week that she was not at the dealership. The driver arrived with my new vehicle and all was in order with the paperwork. My overall impression is that this is a very professional organization. Hope this review is helpful to others who are shopping for their next vehicle online. More
I found the car I wanted online, came in and drove the car, filled out a credit and asked the dealership to run my financing numbers. They called me back to advise that I was approved for the loan at 5:3 car, filled out a credit and asked the dealership to run my financing numbers. They called me back to advise that I was approved for the loan at 5:30PM. I said I liked the the terms and set an appointment to come back the next day at 11:30AM. The salesperson was off the next day but said that she would gladly come in. She knew I was coming in to buy the car to give up her day off. I contacted the salesperson the next morning through email to ask exactly what forms I needed to bring from my insurance company to prove insurance. She advised me to call the Internet Sales Manager who informed me that my salesperson sold the car to someone else the night before. She wouldnt even tell me. I feel that running credit, getting approved for financing and setting an appointment to come back the next day to finalize the deal should have stood for soemthing. At least a phone call before selling it to someone else and given the opportunity to rush up there and finish the deal I had already started. More
My husband and I purchased a used 2008 Chevy Equinox from Williams Buick GMC. Our salesman Sudan Coleman, was great! He had a great personality and never once pressured us. During the price negotiation I felt like Sudan was in our corner, and not just trying to make a deal, but really wanted us to get the car at our price! He also has followed up with us to make sure all our needs were taken care of and that we were happy with our purchase! Zack Ratley in the finance department was also a really big help, and made all the paperwork seem so easy. One cosmetic issue I had with the car, Sudan and Bill Morgan in service made sure to get it fixed and in a timely manor. The dealership is very laid back, and very clean. Every staff member seemed friendly and willing to help! We are really satisfied with our entire experience at Williams Buick GMC, and will recommend them to our friends and family! Thanks guys! More

We really needed some specific conditions to fall into place in order for us to buy this car and each condition was met. Jermaine Lecky did a good job of explaining our options and working with us to close the deal. He was knowledgeable regarding our questions and very attentive. He continued to make himself available after the purchase to ensure that we were having a good experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend Williams Buick, GMC and Jermaine Lecky to anyone looking to purchase a new automobile. More

My husband and I had been contemplating trading our Toyota Rav and had discussed, a jeep, a truck or perhaps the Encore. We had seen the commercials for the Encore and decided we would go play around Toyota Rav and had discussed, a jeep, a truck or perhaps the Encore. We had seen the commercials for the Encore and decided we would go play around at some of the dealers on 08-31-2013 to get a feel for what was out there. We thought we would focus on the Encore and a Jeep or two. Well, we never made it to the jeep dealer. My husband and I had both agreed before leaving home that we were "just looking" and would not be making any decisions that day. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by Larry and I noticed an Encore sitting right next to an Enclave. You should know that I had seen the Enclaves at a distance as they traveled up and down the roadways and fell in love but never thought it would be a vehicle I would call my own. We test drove the Encore but I was pulled toward the Enclave. It was my preferred color, it fit me just right so needless to say, I fell in love with it. Clearly my husband noticed because the next thing I knew he was speaking with Rick about the finance options available. I reminded my husband we were just there to look but one thing lead to another, Rick gathered a few pieces of info from us and shortly thereafter he confirmed that the vehicle was ours provided that was what we wanted to do. A short while later, we were sitting in Zack's office signing all of the paperwork. During our visit, we learned Larry was a new associate of the dealership but we would have never known had he not told us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Enclave and kept a close eye on us as the process moved forward. We truly believe Rick did everything he could to arrange the best financial fit for us and clearly Zack was well versed with his portion because we were in and out of his office in no time. Both Tommy and I are perfectionists when it comes to customer service. As previous business owners we strive to provide the best service possible to everyone we interact with not only in the workforce but in every aspect of our life. We believe the old school values of patience, kindness, courtesy and respect are lacking in most of todays workforce so to see every part of that offered to us during our visit with each of you certainly exceeded our expectations and trust me, that is not an easy thing to do. I left the dealership with the biggest smile on my face and here we are a couple of weeks later with no regrets and I'm still smiling. Needless to say, this in turn makes my husband smile. When I woke up that Saturday, I never thought we would end the day with a new vehicle and never in my wildest dreams did I think this beautiful Enclave would be sitting in our driveway.
