While waiting for finance, we were comfortable moving between the sales person office and the waiting area which had TVs, coffee, vending , leather seating, restrooms. In the end we were pleased with our purchase and the service we received . We also both received follow up calls from the Mike Tortorell, To make sure everything was still going well with the minivan The 6 hours drive was worth it. the kids love the minivan! didn't do what they said they would do We had visited another GMC dealership and were pretty serious about a Terrain SUV. When we went back, it had been sold. Since it is near the end o We had visited another GMC dealership and were pretty serious about a Terrain SUV. When we went back, it had been sold. Since it is near the end of the model year, there were no deliveries planned for the current model year. We searched the internet and found a very similar vehicle at Williams GMC. I filled out the form and within minutes got two responses from two different people at the dealership. I called the first one and we had a nice conversation and I explained my thoughts. She said she would check inventory and send me a list of options. I never received any more information. Five days later, I got TWO emails again from the same two people asking if there was anything else they could do. I responded to both telling them I never received an inventory list or more information like I was expecting and we just agreed to buy another vehicle at a Toyota dealership the night before. The vehicle I bought was just a little bit less... so the price of GMC was not far off. They lost the sale because they didn't do what they said they would do. More

We sat to finalize the deal, they asked us to sign the offer, then when we didn't want "Data Dots" they sold the car out from under us. FYI Data Dots costs them $189, they tack it on to every car at the price of $589. More
