My husband and I visited this dealership July 8th, looking to buy a new vehicle. We shopped around at a few other places, and decided we wanted to work out a deal with Williams and buy our car through looking to buy a new vehicle. Since they didn't have what we were looking for on the lot, they promised to find one (or try) and call us back. Well they did that, but then it's like the transaction came to a halt. My husband has called numerous times to the salesman, directly to the dealership, and been treated very rudely. I can't believe that any dealership would hang up on a customer, or put them on hold for an outrageous amount of time, just to avoid talking to them. These people just need to be honest with us about the situation. What seemed like a great dealership, turned sour very fast. We would not recommend using them. We will be buying our vehicle from a different dealership, at the same price, without being treated like this ever again. More
