Bill recognizes me when I call and tries to accommodate my time schedule. I have not had any problem with the work so I guess that means it is good. I have a Buick Terraza 2007 that works very well. I went in for an oil change but more importantly because both of my remote button boxes were not working even after getting the batteries changed the week b in for an oil change but more importantly because both of my remote button boxes were not working even after getting the batteries changed the week before. Don, one of the machanics, an older gentlemen, apparently liked and admired by everyone in the service department, took a look at my remotes and decided he could fix it by soddering (I'm not sure this is how you spell sodder) some little pieces in there. Don actually saved me $200.00 dollars right there. One thing I can rest assured when I go to Folgers Buick is I will not pay more than I need to and I will be served courteously. I am thankful that Folgers is still opened because otherwise I would have to travel a good 25 miles all the way across town to go to the next closest Buick dealer. I like the quality of people you employ at Folgers Buick. Jay was friendly and polite. I was used to Bill, who has now moved to another location. I miss Bill just because I was so used to dealing with him. He was the best. I'm sure I will get used to Jay and the same good relationship I had with Bill will develop with Jay as well.
