He knew what we wanted to test drive, was ready for us and had the card ready and warmed up in advance (it was pretty cold weather). Jeff's agreeable temper never flagged as we test-drove one car after another. He knew all the "workings" of each car, he knew the inventory, and was ready and willing to work with us as we changed our minds several times. When we picked up the car after purchase, again, it was ready and so was Jeff, who explained every facet and programmed Bluetooth for us. Jack Sherman Toyota also has plenty of hot and cold drinks and snacks, including fresh-baked cookies. I never would have believed a car purchase could be so un-stressful and - very satisfactory as to terms. More
