Unlike a number of other dealerships that I have worked with, he provided the information I needed to make a purchase decision but he did not push me to buy the vehicle from Williamsburg Hyundai. Similarly, the Finance Manager and Sales Associate explained various products available to me but did not aggressively push me to buy anything that I was not comfortable with. The Sales Associate spent sufficient time with me to explain various features and controls. Overall, this was the best automobile buying experience I have had over the years. More

Update on previous visit: I took the car back shortly after this visit when I noticed a creaking sound when making turns. I was completely dismissed and spoken to like I was ignorant (likely because I am after this visit when I noticed a creaking sound when making turns. I just took my car in to another repair shop and was promptly taken back and shown that my axle has a split in it and is caked with dried grease. This would have been impossible to miss during a tire rotation. As much as I would like to go back and raise a fuss about this, they don't deserve the cash from a warranty repair. More
