It has always been excellent and very professional. Mike did everything he could and so did the loaner department for me to feel like I was the owner of the dealership. Poor Experience with Service and Customer Care at Williamson Automobiles I purchased my vehicle from Williamson Automobiles and, as a loyal customer, have always brought my vehicle there for service Williamson Automobiles I purchased my vehicle from Williamson Automobiles and, as a loyal customer, have always brought my vehicle there for service and maintenance. That is why I was deeply disappointed with the treatment I received this time. My vehicle has been at the dealership for several days, and I have had to repeatedly call to get updates. I also received conflicting information: Julio from the Service Department told me the battery had already been installed, while the manager, Rolando Pardo, later told me they were only then going to install it. I find it concerning that the manager did not have clear and up-to-date information about the work being done on my vehicle. A manager should supervise, coordinate, and follow up on the services being performed. When I asked for an explanation, Mr. Pardo treated me in a discourteous and unprofessional manner. He also promised to call me at 3:30 p.m. with an update and failed to do so. Julio, on the other hand, was courteous and willing to help. I hope Williamson Automobiles takes this situation seriously, because the professionalism and customer service provided by its managers directly represent the reputation of the dealership. More
