They promise a $500 back to me because the new Escalade came with some electrical problems causing the car staying for a few days at the dealer. My question is this is the appropriate way to treat a customer? They lied to me. More

Good fast service Went in for an oil change it took about 40 minutes. Everyone was courteous and deficient.
