Mr Lopez is a very nice person but was not very responsive to my inquiries as to when my vehicle would be ready. I called and texted him several times but he would only sporadically respond. I even responsive to my inquiries as to when my vehicle would be ready. I called and texted him several times but he would only sporadically respond. I even spoke to the service manager but he was pretty dismissive of my concerns with the delay and merely offered to have the car ready for pick up if I wanted to take it somewhere else. My point to him and Mr Lopez was that if they knew such massive delays could take place, they should have communicated it beforehand. All I was told, after I turned the car in, was that it would take 10 days for them to inspect the vehicle...it took 3 weeks or so for them to take a look at the vehicle. The reason for my low rating is that my vehicle spent 38 days at the dealer. I took it in for my first visit and some warranty concerns. My understanding was that the delay was not because of work or issue with parts for the vehicle but rather not having an available technician see the vechile. To make matters worse, after the work was done, a technician scratched the front bumper which resulted in the dealer having to do a repair. More
