Bought a ATS-V 2 years ago and have to replace a tire for a 4th time. And it’s the same tire. I told them something had to be wrong yet I still have the same issue. Inner tire wearing out & it’s been Aligned a 4th time. And it’s the same tire. I told them something had to be wrong yet I still have the same issue. Inner tire wearing out & it’s been Aligned 2 times with Williamson. Now they want to check the shocks and everything even though I mentioned in previous tire changes. BTW each tire cost me $500 each time.They are also telling me that 99% Sure that the tire won’t be warrantied. even though I have brought it up to there attention. Service Manager did nothing just passed the buck. So I now have a service request directly with GMC. Let’s see if they can resolve my issue once and for all. More

My service was excessively delayed likely because my service manager did not provide a back up in his absence for lunch.
