I went there in the 16 for routine oil tire rotation got car paid and left . Went home checked mail that just arrived there was a 15 dollar coupon off what I JUST did. I called spoke to the advisor and manager and they said Even though I just left and called them within. 15 minutes they would not honor it I had to give it when I got there. That is ridiculous I did not wait or call the next day . I am done never go there again and will tell friends not to go and I’m sure if you even answer me it’s some excuse.... do not remember his name cause I’m sooo upset More
