Found Oily Hand Prints on the Hood of Vehicle Although the service agent was very professional and the interior of service center was clean, the end product of a simple oil change left oily hand p Although the service agent was very professional and the interior of service center was clean, the end product of a simple oil change left oily hand prints over the hood of the vehicle (*which supposedly went through the dealer car wash) that was noticed once the I arrived home. I ended up taking the vehicle to get exterior detailed as I did not want to have the paint damaged due to oil. Ended up costing more than the oil change itself.... More

Not the best experience My appointment was 245pm and I left after 5pm. I had an oil change and tire rotation. Now I have to bring my car back because the alignment is off. I had to ask the others guys to find out what's taking so long. It was a woman at the express desk. Dont remember her name. Shes not my usual sales person. On the flip side, you do a good job getting the cars in and out when bringing/getting the cars. The guy at the entrance is always nice and well organized. More
