Extremely dissatisfied with Nissan headquarters and dealer. Titan in shop for 1 month. Needed new engine on warranty. Nissan HQ stalled. Dealer did not keep in contact. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy sales staff, I never felt pressured into buying anything, just helped all along in the process. Quick and efficient, I was impressed with every employee I interacted with. Had my vehicle taken in for an oil change today. Service was great, and went pretty quick: didn't have to wait in line at all, they got started immediately. From the time I gave them my keys to the time I was driving away, it took about 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and all the employees I saw interacting with each other were professional, but you could also tell that they really seem to enjoy what they do. Looks like a great work environment! As always, Hummel's Nissan did not disappoint, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
