BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE We did a trade for a nissan altima and we were nothing but disappointed, we have NEVER had as bad customer service. We were quoted a price and then once we signed papers the price changed. We tried to talk to the owner he wouldn't do anything about it. The "witness" name jason hat saw us sign was not held accountable at all. The sales man named chad wilson NEVER shared the price with us before we went to finance. Chad only told us things we wanted to hear until he got our signature. Our own mistake was trusting the dealership witch we will never do again especially with nissan and I would never tell anybody to go to any nissan dealership. My husband was thrown papers in his face by an EMPLOYEE themseleves called Steve that was in financing. We were told by the owner Mark Hummel himself that he didn't believe us even though we had witnesses. All they are liars and scammers and I will never recommend the dealership. More

Refreshing to not have to have our guard up for a bunch of BS or fast-talking. Steve did everything to accommodate us and find us just what we were looking for. We had a hitch installed after the purchase and they were proactive in getting that scheduled and making it as convenient as possible for us. We were looking for Certified Pre-Owned and found it here. You'd never know it isn't new by looking at it inside or out. We're thrilled with our purchase and the buying experience. More

We loved working with him. He improved in getting us the right car we wanted, he knew how to do his job and was very quick in everything he did. He deserves a bonus/raise. We will always recommend Hummel's Nissan because of his job well done and always recommend him to everyone we know. Whenever we pass by the dealership, Medina says "There's Chad"! The car is clean and runs beautifully. The price was substantially lower than any other similar models I found in the state. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Remember to always, ALWAYS take any car you're thinking of buying to an independent mechanic. I really wish they (any car dealership) wouldn't use the phony shiny stuff they put on all the tires just before delivery. It stank up the garage for a day or so until I could go to the carwash and remove it. : ) More

Don't Purchase a Vehicle Here I would highly recommend a Nissan Product. However, after purchasing several vehicles from Hummel's over the years, I was extremely disappointed at t I would highly recommend a Nissan Product. However, after purchasing several vehicles from Hummel's over the years, I was extremely disappointed at the way I was treated most recently. Hummel's touted customer loyalty to me, however none was shown to me during my attempt to purchase a vehicle. I would not recommend this dealer. There are a number of other Nissan dealers you can choose from. More
