I have purchased many vehicles over the past fifty years and never had such a pleasant experience with a salesperson at any dealership. Ashton Herrick was very profession and attentive to my needs. He was patient and explained everything about the vehicle I was interested in. He did not pressure me whatsoever and was fair with the negotiations. He went over every detail and answered every question I asked. He went over the top to make sure I understood every part of the vehicle and sales process. In the middle of a few month long battle with a newer armada my 76 yr old parents purchased that is having issues several emails, text and stops to the dealer and no resolution. They offered to purchase it back at a loss of $10k after driving the vehicle 1384 miles and being stranded 3 times This dealership owned by Willis has been the absolute worst to deal with and continues to show daily a lack of respect to the people that have now purchased 8 vehicles from them I’ll review them every time I get the chance for people to know More

Jen Olawaiye was our sales reps. Did she cater to our needs yes so we thought. . But she was a lair and DID NOT do her due diligence. Told us we were approved put a sold sticker on the car, had us come back two days later after spending four hours in the her office had me complete all the paperwork and sign purchase agreement. I even got a text that morning saying it was “new car day” and last thing they needed was my current payoff amount. We drove 45 min from out home completed most paperwork had the keys flashed in my face to find out…… She NEVER submitted anything for financing !!! Then completely made up why their financing department denied me. Manager refused to speak with us to discuss further options or hear our concerns about the process. Id think twice before working with this new sales rep. She is not in it for the customer just the commission and is willing to lie and waste peoples time to do so. Update: After leaving my review. Jen thought it was appropriate to be confrontation and text me on my personal cell number about my complaint.. unprofessional and a little concerning considering she has all my personal information. I then spoke Randy Kirchhoff who did appear concerned initially over the way things were handled and offered his apologies and said he would look into this as it was not how things are handled. He did not offer an opinion on the sales rep contacting my to confront me about my review and did not offer any potential resolution or anything that would want to male me maintain or consider any business or relationship with the company in the future. Please be cautious with this company as they (according to the dealers down the road) are improperly running their business and seem scammy. Would give 0 or negative stars if able. More
