After purchasing our 2021 Murano, our fourth vehicle from Hummel’s, we find out it COASTS downhill in cruise control. Hands down offended by how we were treated and what was overheard about other customers during their test drive. The salesman we worked with made a comment, "Money is clearly no object," and didn't ask if overheard about other customers during their test drive. Then he produced an offer showing as little as $8500 down and a payment of $589 when the national ad said the same vehicle should have been $456-472/month with $4700 down with 10,000 miles.
