Had an entirely stress-free and no-bull experience at Willowbrook Ford. I corresponded online with Tracy about a used Cherokee I found online, but due to their location wasn't sure when I'd be able to v Willowbrook Ford. I corresponded online with Tracy about a used Cherokee I found online, but due to their location wasn't sure when I'd be able to visit. Once I had the opportunity, I informed my salesman Brian that my time was limited, and was hoping for a test drive and an estimate as to what my trade-in value and overall cost of the new vehicle would be. I stated the terms and amounts I was willing to accept, and unlike nearly every other dealership I've dealt with, they came back with an offer that fit my parameters. Once we shook on the deal, Matt (finance) got me through the paperwork quickly (while making sure I understood what I was signing). Altogether, it only took about 2-1/2 hours from the time I walked in the door for me to drive off in my new (to me) ride. All dealer sales experiences should be so smooth. More

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with their service department. Brought my f150 there once and said my wheel bearing was bad, paid for the 30k tune up because it included a full vehicle inspection and department. Brought my f150 there once and said my wheel bearing was bad, paid for the 30k tune up because it included a full vehicle inspection and specifically said check the wheel bearings. They said they’re all good, went out of town for the weekend, came back and the feeling was worse. Brought the truck back in, 3 days later, now they say oh ya both wheel bearings are shot and they’re covered by the warranty. So did you even do the inspection? Did you not want to do warranty work? What did I pay for if you didn’t look over the truck? Another example- oil change at 38k miles they said my brakes were all in the “yellow zone”, 45k miles “2 in the yellow 2 in the red”, 55k miles “all 4 in the green zone”, 65k “3 in the red, 1 metal on metal completely gone”. So my brakes went from normal wear overtime, to magically becoming brand new, then in 10k miles completely wore out? Sounds like you do a very detailed inspection. One time they took my truck through the car wash and broke my driver side mirror off, made me bring the truck back in a few days cuz they didn’t have a mirror in stock, over an hour wait to install it. The most recent time, got the “works” package, includes a tire rotation per the description. Tires were not rotated, they didn’t even air them up to the correct pressure. Paid for the trans flush, got the service report after and it says the trans fluids are in the “immediate action required” zone. It just seems like everything is done in such a careless manner there that you can’t trust them. How do I know they even do what they say they’re doing If they can’t do the most simple services consistently? Not to mention the fact that everything is over priced. I had a friend bring his truck there 2-3 times over 4-6 weeks complaining about the power steering, they said it’s fine all 3 times. Power steering completely went out 2 weeks later. Brought it back, they said they couldn’t figure it out. He had to tweet at ford and get a special dealer case code and bring it to them for them to take the time to fix it. It was done in 1 day. It’s sad, terrible for fords brand. More

Made an appointment with Willowbrook Ford for a recall. 24 mile round trip. The service guy asked me where my ride home was because it was going to take 2 days to replace a part they told me was in stock. 24 mile round trip. The service guy asked me where my ride home was because it was going to take 2 days to replace a part they told me was in stock. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Went to another Ford dealer. Fixed while I waited. Got a free car wash too! More
I took my car there one week for a oil leak had to pay a deductible of 200.00. Two weeks later hadbto take it back what the oil change people said was a trans leak.WK said it was a oil leak. You should have deductible of 200.00. Two weeks later hadbto take it back what the oil change people said was a trans leak.WK said it was a oil leak. You should have saw that the 1st week u had it. So it cost me another 200.00. Then they didn't call to say it was ready they texted me and I'm the type that don't check me messages like that. So I ended up returning a rental and rerenting another one when my car was ready the day before the rental was do back. Money, money, money. Told me 1 price then picked it up it was more than what was quoted. More
Willowbrook Ford was a nice dealership to do business with, originally I started out at Willowbrook Kia, as I was interested in a Sorrento hybrid, but it was just not the right vehicle for me. When Ford with, originally I started out at Willowbrook Kia, as I was interested in a Sorrento hybrid, but it was just not the right vehicle for me. When Ford announced the Maverick Hybrid, I built one online, entered my ZIP Code and Ford sent me to this dealership. I met with the salesman Steve Spencer, who I can say did an excellent job throughout the process, and placed my order on July 2, 2021. Nine months later, on April 7, I took delivery of my new vehicle. I wish Ford would have delivered the vehicle as promised 90 to 120 days after ordering, but as parts shortages and vehicle restraints developed, the vehicle was delayed over and over again. Throughout the process, my sales person Steve Spencer kept me informed with phone calls and emails. I also called plenty of times, with questions, and I got to know the ladies who answered the phone, and one in particular was Kristy Weber, who was always very polite courteous and helpful. On the day I took delivery, no one was in the business office, and I closed the deal with the sales manager, Tom Bovone, who was very helpful and delivered on everything he promised. He informed me of many different options and respected my decision on everything, I have to say he is a man of his word. The person who deserves the most credit, and probably the best salesman I have dealt with in many years, was Steve Spencer. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, when I called or emailed with a question he didn’t just respond with some answer off the cuff, he would research it and then get back to me in a timely manner with the correct answer. But possibly the best service came when it was time to deliver the vehicle. In recent years, it seems like the salesman doesn’t have any time to deliver the vehicle and explain the options, sometimes they just give you the keys and tell you to read the book, but not Steve, we went outside, thoroughly went over all the controls and he explained to me how all the features worked, A couple days later gave me a call, asked me if I had any questions and told me I can call him anytime, He’d be happy to help. Thanks everyone great job, I’m really enjoying my new Maverick!! More
I took my Ford into my regular mechanic for a check engine light. He said it was the catalytic converter and that part is still under factory Ford warranty. I made an appointment at Willowbrook with Ma engine light. He said it was the catalytic converter and that part is still under factory Ford warranty. I made an appointment at Willowbrook with Matt Hull. Also, I was getting a hum from the rear area and asked Matt to let me know what he thought. My mechanic said it was most likely a wheel bearing noise. They're mechanic Adam E. confirmed that is was a bad converter and they would order one under warranty and also that both rear wheel bearings were going bad and out of warranty. (Has only 51,000 miles) $1030. to repair... I figured they could just do it while the Escape was already there. Okayed repair and I asked him to ask Ford for some $$ help. They shouldn't have gone out this soon. I called my mechanic to tell him and he said "I'm being charged about 100% too much!! Motorcraft factory bearings are $137. each plus a couple hours of labor I was charged $500.) Check the rockauto website for parts price". This is a well established Ford Dealership and should treat their local clientele fairly Instead of gouging us. I know you pay a dealer a little more, but they don't need to RIP US OFF. More
Visited the dealership this morning to try and cancel our reservation for the new 150 lightning. Was told by the salesman and the sales manager they couldn’t help me. That I needed to go to Ford and start th reservation for the new 150 lightning. Was told by the salesman and the sales manager they couldn’t help me. That I needed to go to Ford and start the paperwork there and then Ford would contact the dealership and allow them to refund my money. All in all Willowbrook Ford was absolutely no help whatsoever.
