Great Car Buying Experience! No Pressure, Great Value. A+ What an exceptionally great car buying experience! I normally have a very thorough process I use when making a new car purchase - basically surveying What an exceptionally great car buying experience! I normally have a very thorough process I use when making a new car purchase - basically surveying 6-7 different dealers to get the best possible price. Due to some special circumstances, however, I stopped in at Willowbrook Kia to do a little research, and Danny greeted me - enthusiastically, but not in an overbearing manner. When I explained I was not making any purchase that day, he was fine taking time with me to understand what I was looking for and why, got me information that I needed, was very open with what incentive offers were in place, and did NOT try to push a vehicle on the lot vs. what I came in looking for. (I already knew the dealership would likely need to trade with another dealer.) We went on a quick test drive with the one Cadenza they had on the lot - and the car itself sold me. After the drive, Danny put together offers for me based on two different configurations on a 2015 and a 2016 Cadenza, based on what he could find in the market, and spelled out their price, breaking out incentives, just like I asked him to. Their cash price was a good deal, and the corporate incentives on top of their best dealer price (which was as easy to get as I have ever experienced) made it a very attractive offer. When I told Danny I was pressed for time, and had to leave for a conference call, he was completely understanding - and let me know he'd be happy to work with me when I was ready to buy. I stopped back in the next day, took a second test drive, and made arrangements for them to secure the exact car I wanted. It arrived on Monday (the next business day), and I was able to get the paperwork taken care of relatively quickly. As one normally expects, the different people in the buying process (service manager, sales manager, etc.) offered a few additional packages / options - including one that I mistakenly thought was included on the car I was purchasing - but none were high-pressure at all. As soon as I declined an option, they moved on. All in all, it was probably one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that anyone considering a Kia give Willowbrook Kia a chance to earn your business - and do yourself a favor - ASK FOR DANNY - and if he's busy with another customer - WAIT FOR HIM. He is not a typical car salesperson - he actually made the shopping and buying process pleasant. You will not be disappointed. More
