To illustrate this, when we were test driving, he brought our attention to a strange noise the brakes were making and explained what it was instead of talking over it and ignoring it like many salesmen would. Also, we left the dealership after test driving two cars to make a previous engagement and also to talk privately for several hours. This is our first car with a monthly payment and we did not want to be rushed or pressured into a decision. —We have paid cash for both previous cars bought at dealerships. Both experiences were horrendous and we were very leery about this time. We could not have had a more opposite experience. When we needed to leave after test driving, Casey did not give us any ultimatums about how the car would sell before we returned or how the price would go up or any other dirty sales tactics you usually run into. He simply said that he’d see us when we returned. It was so refreshing. Later, when we had reviewed monthly payment options and financing he gave us plenty of time alone to once again make a decision without pressure. He was honest and upfront about the price of the car and how much the dealership would be willing to decrease the price. We appreciated his honesty and there was no frustrating running back and forth between management and salesman. The financial specialist we saw was very thorough and also upfront and honest about costs and gave good advice but always with the caveat that he was an insurance salesman and did not want to seem like he was pressuring us in any way. He helped us navigate our financing incredibly fast and efficiently. The dealership detailed the car beautifully and Casey washed it and filled the gas tank before we drove off the lot. We drove away four hours after we agreed to buy the car. That seems like a long time, but in car sales that was incredibly fast. While we were waiting we were able to wait in a beautiful waiting area with a great play area with toys for our 18 month old daughter to play with. Everyone was good natured about our grumpy, disruptful toddler and you could tell it is a family centered business. We had some questions about the title and registration several days after buying the car and emailed the dealership. We got a call and email back from Hank Wills within minutes with the exact answer to our question. We were just so impressed with everything and everyone from start to finish that I had to write this novel. oh and we love our new car! I am trying to convince my parents to drive 3 hours to buy their next car here as well. More
