During the test drive, he explained the features, and made sure that we were happy with the car. a very short time later the deal for the car was agreed to, and the car ordered and picked up. When we arrived back at the dealership, we completed the deal, Scott handled the financial arrangements, no fuss, no drama, just the very good deal we had agreed to. I keep my cars a long time, but this relaxed experience has been repeated for over 12 years through purchases of 3 Prius (2 of which I still own) and now this Sienna AWD minivan.
