Crooked dealership to deal with and quite frankly so is the owner himself. I was sold a lemon vehicle with a purchased warranty and was informed by one of the employees at this dealership at my time of purchase that the warranty was “bumper to bumper” later found out that was not a thing and I was miss informed at the time of purchase. At one point I was able to return the vehicle I purchased from this place and done paperwork to get back in the vehicle that I traded- Had my old car for 1 week just to get a phone call informing me that it was not approved EVEN though I left with paper work stating that it had been approved. I had to return the old vehicle and leave in the “lemon” this dealership sold me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP! May I add the 1 week I was back in my old vehicle that this dealership let me leave in me being under the assumption that it had been financed and approved they had the vehicle I purchased from them on their website for sale. I was also offered little to no help with having the car fixed even though issues started happening the day of purchase. More

Was not happy that I was given the run around about my jeep being repaired, and nothing was completed after keeping it for over 6 weeks. I called and spoke to the service dept and asked if they could look jeep being repaired, and nothing was completed after keeping it for over 6 weeks. I called and spoke to the service dept and asked if they could look at an electrical issue. He told me they could but not till the following monday. I dropped my jeep off 2 days early and every time I called, they had their guy on a different vehicle. I asked for a new key to be cut, an estimate on a rear axle seal, and look at my emergency brake....nothing was done in six weeks. I was leaving to move to florida, gave them weeks notice when I needed the jeep back. The day before I needed to pick the jeep up, they decided to take the jeep apart. Service manager asked me to leave it and he would take care of me. I had to drive 12 hour round trip and rent a trailer to come pick my jeep up, paid full price for what they had done and was just told sorry. I will not be back, I do not recommend and they was given the opportunity to make this right. It is now at another shop to get repaired and now I wait again. More

As of now couldn't have been more disappointed in choice of dealership. Bought used 2019 Diesel truck with less than 150K miles on it and within the first 45 days of owning the truck with just over a thous of dealership. Bought used 2019 Diesel truck with less than 150K miles on it and within the first 45 days of owning the truck with just over a thousand miles put on it on the first long trip out of town with the truck the engine seals went out while driving down the interstate causing what is believed to be severe damage. Spent over 2K dollars to get the truck from where it broke down in Florida to the dealership and they've now had for over a week without touching the vehicle or giving any form of help or resolution and no communication from them to me as of yet. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for the service that your hard-earned money deserves if this is how they value customers. More
