I had a very positive experience with Wilson Toyota. There are three recalls on my Tundra. I called Wilson in late February, it went to voicemail and was requested that we text to communicate. I texted asking about the recalls, no response I called Wilson in late February, it went to voicemail and was requested that we text to communicate. I texted asking about the recalls, no response I set up my 10,000 mile warranty work for March 7th online. I called about getting a tonneau cover installed, it went to text again. I asked about tonneau cover No response I texted again “is anyone here? You can’t answer my question 30 minutes later, service called. I asked about recall and tonneau cover. Was told they do not do that on saturdays On March 7th when I went in, the service manager said the recall work would be 20 minutes, said ok I then asked the parts dept. if they could install a tonneau cover, he asked the mechanic, who said yes I said another time. Did an internal complaint on Sunday, no call on Monday. Sent another complaint on Tuesday. As of today, no one from Wilson has called me back. I also called my salesman, left a message. He never called me back. I was considering buying either a Land Rover or Sienna for my wife. After how I have been treated, I doubt I will ever buy from Wilson Toyota again. More
