I was there this past Saturday and informed the service technician upon arrival that my “Check Engine and Trac Off” lights on. Kaley Exline immediately told me since I had not advised them of the problem p technician upon arrival that my “Check Engine and Trac Off” lights on. Kaley Exline immediately told me since I had not advised them of the problem prior they would have to try to fit it in that day and asked if we needed a loaner. I said Yes. She then proceeded to tell me there was $130-150 dollar charge for diagnosis plus parts and labor. I told her that did not seem right to charge for the diagnostic when the would do the repairs. She did not have anything to add and because of her lack of “Bedside Manners” and lack of appreciation for a loyal customer that travels 1 hour each way to have his vehicle repaired at Wilson for the past 5 years, I opted not to pay the diagnostic fee. However, I feel that Wilson Toyota being the expert on their vehicles I was allowed to leave your property with a potentially UNSAFE vehicle and one that could potentially have negative and dangerous consequences. Being on the market for a new vehicle, would make me reconsider buying one at your dealership More
