The customer service at this company is appalling. Informed me it would take 3-4 hours to perform the recall repair on my vehicle, at hour 5 I called to inquire about the timeline and got the runaroun Informed me it would take 3-4 hours to perform the recall repair on my vehicle, at hour 5 I called to inquire about the timeline and got the runaround from a rude receptionist. An hour later my customer service agent contacted me and told me they needed to order a part and it would be 2-3 hours longer. Ultimately, I don't care about the time, I understand needing to order a part, but no one could have updated me as to the change in timeline? When I brought this up to my costumer service agent, she brushed me off completely. Finally, get my car after 9 hours. The other issue I wanted address was not resolved. The receptionist who brought me my car went over nothing and didn't even inform me my car was ready to leave until the other receptionist asked her. When I called to discuss my frustrations and concerns that the actual problem with my vehicle wasn't addressed in the 9 hours my car was in their service shop, the office manager was entirely unhelpful and unapologetic to my experience. I will certainly no longer be utilizing this company's services and honestly question if I will be purchasing Toyota vehicles in the future if this is the kind of service they deliver. The only good thing I can say is that the driver who picked me up to and from the dealer, Doug, was fantastic, pleasant and the only good part of this entire experience. More
