Service advisor very rude and short with me and my wife. Did not follow our directions (3 times) to diagnose the problem. I drove to the dealership to show them the problem in 5 minutes and then still charg Did not follow our directions (3 times) to diagnose the problem. Then called and told us the truck was done. I don’t think we’ll be back for anything. Kicker was we were going to look at a another new vehicle when we picked it up. Guess we’ll be looking elsewhere. Service department not recommended. More

The repair person failed to notice a slash in the tire, a real problem when I left work at 6 p.m. after thinking it was fixed and noticed the tire was low; wind chill was -20F. Returning the next day to have new tires put on and an overall assessment was made of the car. All to the good however we were urged to replace the 12 volt battery and when I called the next day and spoke with the service department it was less urgent. Everyone there is polite and I want to keep coming but these two incidents give me pause. More
