I have always had good results with Wilson except Jan 16. Custon service needs to be taught what it is all about. keep your customer informed about the status of your visit. I asked for my 5000mile check and to check my steering. TheyAt the 4 hr point I thought I should check on status. They d idn't know why it was so long. Within a 1/2 hour I wastold the lane centering switch needed to be turned off. At no point was i informed this might take longer. My point is does it take 3 plus hours to turn a switch off. Not once did I have a Wilson service rep contact me on what was going on. This is unacceptable. More
