My experience purchasing the vehicle was fairly good. However, my experience after purchasing the vehicle left me disappointed. I had a question about my vehicle's warranty, so I contacted my salesman, Brad Baker. The thing I was asking about wasn't covered, which was fine (I didn't expect it to be but wanted to check anyway). The problem was that rather than just giving me a yes or no answer, Brad tried to convince me that the issues I was having with the vehicle didn't exist. Water had gotten into the transmission fluid and he asked me if I had seen this first hand, implying that my mechanic was potentially lying to me. He then tried to convince me it wasn't an issue and that it was my fault if the mechanics convinced me otherwise. Maybe he didn't know how he was coming across, but it came across to me as a salesman trying to gaslight a young woman. Other than this one person, everyone else at the dealership I interacted with was very helpful. More
