Like people at the dealership ,but I don't know what happened it use to take 45 - to an hour to change oil tired rotated now it takes hour 45 min sometimes it was over 2 hours not acceptable . I'm 67 y happened it use to take 45 - to an hour to change oil tired rotated now it takes hour 45 min sometimes it was over 2 hours not acceptable . I'm 67 yrs old I could change the oil in half hour and I don't have a hoist , shouldn't take an hr to rotate tires after that !! More
