Service levels have been up and down over the last several years. We've been in a down tending period over the last 12 months or so. My wife took her Sequoia in for oil change and tire rotation - took several years. We've been in a down tending period over the last 12 months or so. My wife took her Sequoia in for oil change and tire rotation - took over an hour, and they didn't rotate the tires because "the back tires have more tread" on one year old BFG KO2's which need to be rotated regardless. Oh, and the front brake pad that was in the red / replace last visit is magically full green / good. After being customers for 15 years, I'm extremely disappointed and would rather just do it myself and know it's done right. More
