We had a hit and run with our vehicle. I took our Highlander to the Wilson body for estimate and repair. The body shop department was very thorough and processed our claim with our insurance. I was going on a trip to visit family for Christmas and noticed my vehicle needed service before the long road trip. I called to see if they could get me in, they had a full schedule for the day, and was t noticed my vehicle needed service before the long road trip. I called to see if they could get me in, they had a full schedule for the day, and was told to bring it in and they would try to get me in. The assistant service manager greeted me warmly, took all my information and said she would call me when the service was complete. Within approximately 4 hours I received a call that my vehicle was ready to go. When checking out the assistant service manager went over every item on the service report to show me how everything from the battery to the tires checked out. I was very pleased and feel much better knowing my vehicle is in tip top shape and ready for a Long road trip. Many thanks to the assistant service manager!! More
