Normally I receive excellent service from Wilson's. I have been going there years but this time not so much. I was told a 3-hours for a repair but it took 5. I came back to the dealership after being tol have been going there years but this time not so much. I was told a 3-hours for a repair but it took 5. I came back to the dealership after being told my vehicle was done but it wasn't so I waited another hour and a half. Since I thought the vehicle was done I had left work and didn't have what I needed to work from the dealership forcing me to take more vacation. I will say even though the repair took longer than I was told, Wilson's took care of the alignment cost. I was appreciative of that. More
