Easy to deal with. I bought the Explorer and wanted the scratches buffed out and touched up with paint. Salesman said he would get it done. Looks like it wasnt. And I used to buff cars for a living. I called and made an appointment to get my oil changed. I dropped my car off and it took about 5 minutes for the service person to come out. Once they service person which was a young lady everything went g dropped my car off and it took about 5 minutes for the service person to come out. Once they service person which was a young lady everything went great and she was wonderful. I needed the oil changed and the AWD qas on. I left to get some work done and came back in about an hour and the service tech was parking my car. I just asked if itvwas anything big and he told me what was wrong but said the service person would explain further. I went in and service was really busy and my service person had a line. After she helped 9 people I went in and she was texting me. She apologized and said she was sorry but did not realize I was back. It really would not have mattered as she was busy. However the other service people seemed not to be busy. I mentioned this and she made an excuse for them and then said she loves to help customers which was appropriate. However someone needs to correct this. I also thought the diagnostic was high , 130, so I checked Toyota DSM and they charge 160. More
