Came in for service on my wife’s 2016 Camry hybrid and my 2020 Rav-4 hybrid. The service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like they really wanted us to be assured that they were going to take 2020 Rav-4 hybrid. The service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like they really wanted us to be assured that they were going to take very good care of our cars. When they got the cars done they went over what they did and answered all our questions.
