Took my RAV in for service after receiving an email for a ‘complimentary’ oil change from the dealership. I waited over two hours for the service to be completed (I scheduled an appointment), and I was give ‘complimentary’ oil change from the dealership. I waited over two hours for the service to be completed (I scheduled an appointment), and I was given 10 dollars off the service for the ‘complimentary’ special. I won’t use Wilson’s service department in the future. More
