We personally had a horrible experience with Wilson Toyota. Our salesman, Taybor left out important details such as the tires being 2/32nd (illegal and against US DOT) the rear struts are shot we had a Toyota. Our salesman, Taybor left out important details such as the tires being 2/32nd (illegal and against US DOT) the rear struts are shot we had a brake caliper seized , and they cleared the check engine light for a cylinder 3 Misfire (Dangerous) as well as not informing us about the keys that don't work (do not unlock or lock vehicle) overall we had a very poor experience with this dealership and we will not be going back. I brought in my car for repair of extensive hail damage. I was initially given a 30 day time frame for repairs. It took almost twice that, but the dealership provided a car for the second month at no charge I was initially given a 30 day time frame for repairs. I did have to check in for regular status updates and after I picked up my car I noted that there is still one hail mark on the passenger door and the plastic stripping along the newly installed roof is broken and flies off at high speeds, which is a bit disappointing and frustrating to be honest. But everyone I met in the shop was professional and the car still runs well so overall just minor complaints. More
The technician claimed that spark plugs were fine and tried to lure me to spend money on other problems. My dealer checked and asserted that only spark plugs had malfunction, and replaced them to fix the tried to lure me to spend money on other problems. When I made the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Almost 2 hours later I had to ask what the status was. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but I had my 1 year old with me and hour to an hour and a half. Almost 2 hours later I had to ask what the status was. I didn’t know anything about a new tire. I don’t know if it was because the service tech went to lunch and I fell through the cracks or what. More
