I had a great experience with Service Advisor Jamie. He was swamped but took time to answer my questions, explain everything on my multipoint inspection and was 100% the nicest person. It was the greatest and I know great because people tell me I’m great all the time. Believe me it’s true. Everyone agrees with me and if they don’t their losers! me I’m great all the time. Believe me it’s true. Everyone agrees with me and if they don’t their losers! More
Third strike, I’m out. Just wished there was a reliable and honest Toyota dealership in the Ames area. In 2010, I walked in with cash in hand to buy a Prius, only for the owner to turn me away. A few month and honest Toyota dealership in the Ames area. In 2010, I walked in with cash in hand to buy a Prius, only for the owner to turn me away. A few months ago, I brought my Prius in on a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO HAVE RECAPP PROBLEM CHECKED OUT. They sent both Prius techs on lunch hour break, during the appointment time(uncalled for). This time, it was prolonging the time it took to figure out the problem(I brought it here, because it’s a hybrid and Honda service didn’t want to screw it up, and the local mechanic couldn’t get to it until the following week). Also, as a practicing Catholic Christians, I was deeply offended by the so called “Christian music” that I had to listen to EVERY TIME I was put on hold. If it had been a Christian book store, I’d expect it, but a Toyota service place? No. Regular businesses should NOT be pushing their religion on anyone. If I found out Toyota was owned by so called evangelical Christians, I’d never buy one. I don’t consider those who preach, but don’t practice, Christianity as #CINOs or Christians in name only. More
