Bad customer service. The saler saler never make me feel welcome and didn't do his job. He didn't do anything to get connected with the bank. Jason took responsibility and went the extra mile for us when we had lug nut issues on our way home from Spirit Lake on a Sunday. He arranged for the car to be towed back to Ames and fixed on Monday - all a when we had lug nut issues on our way home from Spirit Lake on a Sunday.
