I made an appointment to have my oil changed a week prior to needing it done. I arrived at my appointment time. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, I asked someone how soon my car would be done. She told m to needing it done. I arrived at my appointment time. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, I asked someone how soon my car would be done. She told me they had just taken it back!!
