We were helping our daughter move into her new house on Denver and we’re heading back to trade in my Highlander @ the Des Moines dealership for a New 4Runner that was there. At around 8:30AM the salesman t Denver and we’re heading back to trade in my Highlander @ the Des Moines dealership for a New 4Runner that was there. At around 8:30AM the salesman there Hugh somebody had the audacity to text me that he sold the Highlander that I was getting. At that point I told my wife that I would wait because I had been looking for 6 weeks and couldn’t find what I wanted. She googled Minneapolis, St Louis and Chicago and found a few. Right before we were to hit the 35 exchange she called your dealership and got Ryan P. At that point we were already past the 35 exchange while talking to him. He was very honest with us and told us what we already heard about no 4Runners. We turned around and arrived there at around 9:45 and we’re out by 11:00AM with our trade and paperwork. Ryan was a awesome. Our dog became a rockstar overnight which she needed because of the road trip we took her on 4 days earlier. I’ll recommend Wilson to anybody that will listen to me. More
