I had a bad experience. I waited 1-1/2 hours to be told I need a new battery, and was charged $150. Went home and called AAA, who had installed the battery I had. AAA service tech came to my house and his te need a new battery, and was charged $150. Went home and called AAA, who had installed the battery I had. AAA service tech came to my house and his test showed that I did not need a new battery, just needed the battery I have to be professionally charged. I called Jenna @ Wilson Toyota after that, and she refunded the $150 charge. Jenna was very kind & professional. Kylie was very pleasant. Darin the service tech was either having a bad day or should not be having customer contact. He was brusque and uninformative. This made me realize that I prefer talking directly to the person who is fixing my car and not have someone else describe the problem to them. More

Very disappointed that I scheduled a standard oil change, dealer wasn’t busy, and it took an hour and fifteen minutes. My car sat outside completed for over fifteen minutes before the dealer finally went ove dealer wasn’t busy, and it took an hour and fifteen minutes. My car sat outside completed for over fifteen minutes before the dealer finally went over the service check and I could pay to leave. The cost has also gone up significant as the last oil change was around $65, this oil change was $75. There are other places I can get my oil changed that are faster and significantly less expensive.
