The service Département has a communication issue. I brought my 2020 vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and left it while I went to lunch. I called to ask about the progress and then brought my 2020 vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and left it while I went to lunch. I called to ask about the progress and then asked in person after arriving and proceeded to wait another 45 minutes without getting an answer. Finally asked again and learned that my vehicle was just done. There is really no reason for such a simple procedure to take over 2 hours and no reason that I didn’t not get any response - via text, phone or just walking over to tell me. More
