The service Département has a communication issue. I brought my 2020 vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and left it while I went to lunch. Finally asked again and learned that my vehicle was just done. There is really no reason for such a simple procedure to take over 2 hours and no reason that I didn’t not get any response - via text, phone or just walking over to tell me. More
